The study on technological and economic analysis of industry agreements in current and future digital value chains is coming to an end. Together with the European Commission, Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CNECT), we invite you to the final webinar of the study (free of charge). Why should you participate?

The conclusions of this study will serve as basis for the strategy (policies) in the development of the digital value chain for different sectors (manufacturing, mechanical engineering, transport and logistics, aerospace, energy, agriculture, health and chemical). The event aims to disseminate the key findings from the study to a broader audience. The Project Team and DG CNECT encourage you to participate – either if you are already engaged in the data space ecosystem or if you are interested in learning about its opportunities and how industry agreements can have a role in its development. Industry participation is considered highly important, to increase awareness and to create momentum for further actions.

What should you expect from the webinar?

Matthias Kuom (DG CNECT) will welcome you to the event. The Project Team will present the main study results, along with four key cross-cutting recommendations to stimulate the process of development and implementation of industry agreement and the development of common industrial data spaces. In addition, we will compile inputs, particularly from industry, on the way the study outcomes can be used to further stimulate an already vibrant activity in the European data spaces ecosystem. Yves Paindaveine (DG CNECT) will close the event with a summary of the main takeaways and an outlook on future related activities.

The final webinar will take place, online, 8th of July 2021, 10:00-12:00 CEST (approximately 2 hours).
