The third story of the European Data Market study 2024-2026, on the Mobility sector, was delivered by CARSA and published in March 2025. This story presents an extensive analysis of data sharing in the European mobility sector with a focus on the Common European Mobility Data Space (EMDS). It leverages inputs from the first deployment project for the EMDS funded under the Digital Europe Programme and other European initiatives. The report is structured around several key themes.
