CARSA will substantially contribute to the ‘Study on the next data frontier: generative AI, regulatory compliance and international dimensions’ (European Commission, DG CONNECT) – leading the assessment of a framework for the promotion and protection of cross-border non-personal data flows between the EU and third countries – aimed at addressing challenges and exploiting opportunities in data-driven innovation in the global data economy.
