The Human Resources Directorate General of the European Commission has hired CARSA for the analysis of satisfaction surveys to improve internal functioning of its different departments. The Basque consultant has been chosen between all aspiring companies, for their expertise and extensive knowledge in this area. CARSA will interpret the information gathered in the satisfaction surveys conducted by the European Commission among all General Directorates, including more than 5000 workers. In-depth analysis of CARSA and also the obtaining of significant statistics will help the European Commission to improve the internal functioning and well-being of their employees. Since the beginning of the contract in October until the end of 2013, CARSA will perform five complete survey analysis, generating reports and presentations of the results that will be used internally by the pertinent Department.
