CARSA leads a consortium of international companies of consulting and investigation selected by the Industry Directorate General of the European Commission to provide economic analysis in support of SME policy.

Competitive, profitable and growing SMEs are the backbone of the European Economy so that the Industry Directorate General of the European Commission aims at promoting successful entrepreneurship and improving the business environment for SMEs.

During the four years of this framework contract, the European Commission may request the consortium led by CARSA the developing of several projects for the implementation of the Small Business Act in the framework of SME policy; the analysis of SME’s contribution to competitiveness, employment and innovation; the study of the impact of the Internal Market on SMEs, among others.
