CARSA has been hired by the European Commission, DG Connect, to support the evaluation of Europeana and to provide guidelines for its future development.
Europeana provides access to more than 50 million of digitized items, included libraries, archives and museums, to share cultural  patrimony for leisure, education and research.

CARSA, as leader of the consortium, is in charge of the general coordination of the evaluation study, including benchmarking and use cases development.
