CARSA, in cooperation with PwC, has been contracted by the European Commission (DG MARE) to support the development of the Blue Economy Investment Platform – an assistance mechanism for SMEs, start-ups, early stage businesses and scale-ups in the blue economy.

CARSA will manage the organisation of the investor jury panels to select the SMEs/start-ups and provide training, coaching, mentoring, and advisory and support services to SMEs/start-ups to increase their investment-readiness.
